Thanks CAJ, I will take a look.
Feeling like a right wimp poodicat, I always thought of myself as quite a strong person, but I handled my mums death better than this break up! Thanks for asking though. X
Hey, you're not a wimp because you need to talk to someone about how you feel. If anything you're wise for getting help and letting it out. Hope you feel better soon x
nothing wimpish about seeking advice when you need it. In fact you have to be pretty strong to acknowledge that you need help in the first place. Breakups are always tough.
Hi Joanne. The best place to find a professional online counsellor is at ACTO www.acto-uk.org (the association for counselling and therapy online). They have a list of qualified and professional online counsellors and you can link to their websites and have a read about them. I'm listed there too, if you'd like to read more about my email counselling service at www.Offload- onlinecounselling.co.uk It's not easy to talk (or write) to a complete stranger about personal matters, so you're actually very brave to be considering it. Splitting up with someone you love is heartbreaking - I do hope you manage to find someone who you feel you can offload to - counselling really can help (and it saves you from feeling you're boring the pants off all your mates). Good luck!
