This:~

is their website.
I gather that their Counselling is not free, but is quite low in cost.
This is what it says on their website about fees:~
Do I have to pay for Relate services? You will normally be expected to pay a fee. Relate Centres are charities and don't aim to make a profit from the services they provide, the fee is to cover the cost of sessions. Some Relate Centres offer subsidised counselling sessions.
Some Relate Counsellors work under license in private practice and set their own fees.
Your Relate Centre or counsellor will let you know the costs of services
O also get the feeling that even if you go to your GP, Relate may be where he refers you to.There may be Marriage Counselling on the NHS but it would be few and far between, and may not even be free then.
I would either ring the Relate Freephone Number,or contact your local Relate ( both of which can be found on their website) and seek advice from them.
Good Luck.
