Halloween is on the way with all the trick or treating and temptation!
Why not try handing out some healthy treats like raisins, apples or homemade biscuits to the kids this year?

However I can tell you that here in Spain we eat soup all year long, and it seems the hotter the weather the more you will see soup on the menu.
Hello crisgal there are quite a few biscuit recipes if you google. But biscuits are biscuits and contain fat what ever recipe you chose and you may think that because they are low fat you are ok but this is not the case as you are inclined to eat more. My downfall is biscuits so best advice is don't buy them but that myt be difficult with people with children.
Hope it works properly this time. Last time my work PC and my home PC claimed to be subscribed to different O&D threads !
OK the scales are probably under-reading again, but for the first time this weight loss attempt it dipped down into a new stone figure (even if only by ⅛th lb ) ! So today started well anyway.

Well done xstitcher and notafish for your losses. I have learnt my lesson wendilla and will never say Only 2lb again as I have stayed the same this week. Very disappointed but know where I went wrong, too much beer again. I really shouldn't go out and have a drink when I am down, it's just too tempting. Have found it hard the last few weeks as missing my husband so much but determined to get back on it this week.

I seem to have lost 2lb since the last time I weighed myself so it looks like I've lost a lb a week :o)
I've been eating those Innocent Veg Pots this last week. They're low in fat and calories and they're half price in all the supermarkets so I've been 'filling my boots' as it were.
