Hi all, have any of you ever used one of these small trampet type trampolines to exercise with ?

got one but didnt really use it. Its in my mums garage.

Ha, fat lot of good it's doing there then 4getmenot ! There is one for sale near me and as I am unable to walk outdoors when the weather is inclement I was wondering if a touch of bouncing indoors might suffice ? !!
if you live in a flat and have wooden rather than solid floors, it makes a lot of noise. Even with your own property, the sound that travels sounds disconcertingly as if you are having an energetic hump. This might improve or damage your reputation as well as keeping ylou fit.
The little ferrules tend to come off the legs unexpectedly so they can dig into flooring.
When they are dying, the springs fly off dramatically one after the other.
Apart from this list, we've worn out two over the years, but I don't think they add much in terms of exercise - you might gain more by wrapping up and going for a walk.
I use a small trampoline at a class called Boogie Bounce - fantastic fun - we do 30/35 mins aerobics and 25mins toning exercises all on the bouncer. I think you can buy a DVD so you could use that.
I sat on it more than anything... it's a novelty when you get it...

Plus, I would have to get a proper sports bra if you get my drift and I just never got round to getting one!

I have used mine every day for the past 2 weeks only for 10mins (or 500 bounces) each morning and have lost 5lb already! havent changed eating habits or anything else
I had one which talked and bullied me into going 'faster, faster' and 'keep going, keep going'.
It had a strange loosening effect in my nether regions, gaseous, liquid and solid. I had to keep stopping t and go to the loo. It was noisy and I was always disappointed at how many jumps I could manage and how many calories I'd burned. I now walk regularly. Much more interesting and have lost much more weight and inches.
