weight that is,got weighed at the doctors today and i have lost 24.2lbs.since last weigh in (april)i am so pleased and has given me encouragement to keep going,so i am going swimming tonight again.will have chicken soup for lunch(fresh) and prawn and noodle salad for tea,then sugar free jelly.
i was shocked when the doctor told me how much i lost,i thought it was only about half a stone,but some people were telling me i looked thinner,i feel better for it.
i have joined the tesco diet,it is very good i can understand it better than others i've tried,i think i'll stick with it now,some of the meals is lovely,for breakfast i had 3 slices seeded brown bread,toasted,1 banana spread over the toast and cinnamon,its really nice,one of my favourites.
