Will It Ever Shrink Back?

I have lost a lot of weight over the last year and am very pleased with the result. However on the downside I've got lots of loose skin under my arms and in the armpit area. I intend to resume swimming, and have just acquired a swimsuit that fits the new space I occupy, this baggy skin kind of overhangs a bit. OK, a lot. Will patience, exercise and prayer shrink this stuff back or am I lumbered with it for ever?

Depends how old you are. If you're older than late 20s then probably not. Older than late 30s, definitely not. You could take up a new hobby though: http://static.ddmcdn.com/gif/wingsuit-flying-2.jpg
I think you will be lumbered with it unfortunately.
I am in the same position but love Rojash's post.
If the medical progs on the TV are for real, then no. If it didn't go back during the weight loss you either have to put up with it or get it surgically removed.
