A bit of googling suggests that a small portion of chips might have around 500 calories but that looks more like just a 'side serving' than a 'small portion', so let's call it 300 kCal.

This amount of bread has 200 kCal

but it looks like you've got more than double that, so call it 500 kCal

It's hard to see what the meat is (or the quantity) but I'll go for around 200g of lamb, which might be about 400kCal in total.

So my (very) rough guess is around 900 kCal.

However I might be way to low if there's any validity in a comparison with this:

I drink cafe o laits maybe 3 a day, 1.5 litres of water. Yesterday I have a big greecy vegetarian sandwhich for lunch and soup for dinner. Thats pretty average for me. I am starting the gym on Monday though I can not wait!
If you have nothing but water to drink for the rest of the day and no bread with your soup you should be ok.
lol, you are eating that and on a diet?

Im assuming that it is your bi-yearly treat? :-)
Agree with LazyGun, if you are actively seeking to loose weight then it seems a strange choice in the first place.

Oops! Typo! (Or proof that a maths graduate can't add up!)

300 + 500 + 400 =1200 kCal, not 900!

Sorry!!!

How much weight are you trying lose honeydip ?

I am not concentrating on weight because my muscle mass goes up and down. I just want to loose my flabby bottom and love handles on the side of stomach, man boobs and see the muscle definition in my stomach slightly. My job involves sitting around all day. When I start the gym I will aim to lose 300 calories per session.

"LATTE
What is it: 1-2 shots of espresso with steamed milk.
Calories: Small, 200; large, 341"

There's no point in going to the gym unless you seriously make some changes to your diet!

Scrap that. Just noticed you said Cafe Au Laits. 88 cals :-)

MM I am going to cut to black coffee anyway next week. The machine says cafe au lait but I think it is made with strong powdered milk.
I think I have decided with Mike btw :)
Lol. I think you do it on purpose.

Mike it is then!
Can not see tinypic from the work PC, but from other folks' description I'd suggest coming off the diet for today, since you have probably 'broke the bank' already, and starting again tomorrow. (Ideally not going 'hog wild' with the intake for the rest of the day though, since whatever excess you put in today still has to come off in the future.)
Guess you're not fasting any more,eh?
Whereabouts in France do you buy stuff like that? I've never seen it round here.
