Well done Wendilla and Smowball. I want to be like you boo hoo.

Next week I won't be on as we are flying back to the cold north and it is an all day jaunt......
xstitcher - it hasnt all been easy! And dont think I will lose this week - I just feel a bit bloaty. But Im of the 'slower the better' school of thought when it comes to weight loss.
The 3 S's Smow....SLOWLY STEADILY SENSEBILY
Absolutely. I couldnt agree more.
3 very wise words Xstitcher
Grrrr, I didn't quite hit my goal for today, yesterday I was fractionally under 13 stone, today I'm fractionally over 13 stone. I have lost exactly 2lb this week so I mustn't complain. Next week I better be under or I wont be happy!!

Problem is I think im off to Wales again house hunting, Im sorry but that will mean "treat day"!!
Treat day = Kebab and probably chocolate!! Dammit!!
Well done Wendilla and Smoball, that's fantastic! I've stayed the same, and am probably going to decide to stick at this weight now. I'll keep an eye on my weight every week to make sure it doesn't creep back up.
And Well Done Ratter!
Well done Ratter. You shifted that well so enjoy your trip then get back to being good .
Thanks Marijm I have played about too much staying the same so I am glad of this kick start. Keep with us even though you still stay the same.
Stayed the same this week. not bad; I think the loss rate has slowed to a pound per 2-4 weeks, so hopefully that's ok
Thanks wendilla, I'm back just under 13 stone again, I will try and keep it that way now :-))

My target is 12 stone, I think this last stone will be the hardest.
During our hot day I cleaned all the windows outside, going up the ladders like a good 'un. The next day my glutes were incredibly sore so it must have been a good workout!
Taich not quite sure how much you aim to lose but I always say a pound is a pound in the right direction no matter how long it takes. Keep up the good work.
I'm taking it slow, Wendilla. My top weight BMIwise is 11 stone 1. I'm currently 12st 9. I'd be happy to get to 12 stone, but at present my mini goal is 12 7. I'm off on holiday in July, so if I can reach that goal by then, I'll be a happy bunny. At my worst I was 16 stone - about 3 years ago now.
Thanks Wendilla,:-) I'll definitely look in from time to time, because last time I reached my goal weight, my weight loss came back so fast, because I wasn't keeping a proper eye on it. I get good advice and tips here too :-)
Ratter I found that when I got quite near my goal a few years ago I started getting a bit sloppy in what I was eating...in other words I fell onto the slippery slope thinking that I was doing so well that I could allow myself this and that, and believe me it doesn't work that way, so beware......
Thanks Xstitcher, I'm very aware, I have accepted that this diet is a life long commitment, once I have reached my target wait I will relax my diet but only by allowing a little more in the way of treats but I will still monitor my weight closely. I am sure my weight will fluctuate a little but I really enjoy what I eat on my diet so I don't think I will have too much of a problem.
Ratter....with your mind set you are bound to be one of our successes
wait=weight lol
xstitcher, I have often criticised people for failing on their diets due to yo yo dieting and seen them get bigger and bigger after each diet fails, I am determined I will not be one of those. I think I can do it, we will wait and see :-)
