I started again three months ago. I realised that I was fed up of having aching legs, a bad back and generally feeling unwell and decided there and then to do something about it. On the spot I gave up the amber nectar (apart from when I'm on holiday) and instead of waiting till some Monday in the dim and distance future I started that very day. I use My Fitness Pal (I downloaded the app onto my iPad) which is totally free and very easy to use. It counts calories so you can basically have whatever you want providing you stay within your limit. It takes into account what kind of job you have, how much weight you need to lose, how active you are generally etc. So far, I have lost over three stones and dropped three sizes in as many months and feel fantastic. In that three months, I have been on holiday for two weeks and I am going again next week (can't wait for that first lovely pint lol). Good luck!
