I hope you all let your hair down a little for the holidays and had some fun. I was going to do something about detox but that's not really what we are about here is it?
So how about Dry January, anyone going for it?

We are all familiar enough aren't we, with stories of people who lose weight only to out it all back on again. Well a couple of years ago, with your support I lost 3 stone. In 2013 I lost another half a stone and last year I maintained about the same weight all year. But this Christmas I accepted every chocolate offered and managed to gain a whopping 6lbs. These are really good and not naughty. I threw in a handful of dried cranberries when I made them yesterday. You could put on a dollop of Greek yogurt drizzled with a bit of honey and stick an edible red heart on the top. These are not naughty and well worth the investment of the Stevia sweetner.
