I'm back on it again after a few weeks off the rails.
Isn't it easy to treat yourself when you're feeling down? I wonder what the best way to break the link between feeling down and "treating" it with a cake or a beer is?
Anyway, I've swapped all that for runner's high instead, again :)

It's the person whose lost the most out of everyone who has lost the his week PLUS either lost or maintained last week. For example if Jane loses 7lbs this week but she gained 3 last week, and Ann loses 6lbs this week and lost half a pound last week then Ann would be SOW as her weight loss is more consistent.
