How is everyone getting on? My partner and I have started going for a walk every Sunday morning, weather permitting - eventually we will work our way up to running!
I know plenty of people who work all day, yet still walk their dogs...on the days I work, it's a short quick walk am, and a nice long one in the evening.
Thanks too ed for keeping our post going . We welcome all new people . We don't judge or tell you what to do .xstitcher and I started this must be nearly 4 to 5 years now for people's ideas of how they lost their weight . We don't talk about diets it is healthy eating .as diets don't work for everyone
Good morning all. :-)) I'm down two pounds again. I'm taking some dire steps. I've made an appointment with an authorised dietician who works at the local health center just 4 minutes away from me. I just had my 77th birthday and decided that it's now or never. I so want to get a healthy BMI. I eat the right things so I just need some "tools" about how to eat them. Fingers crossed.
The photo is where I go for my walks which is just down the street. All the best with your weigh ins.
Re the eating tools, I use a pronged implement called a "fork", it allows me to eat as I can pick the food up with it and transfer it to this hole I have in my face. Well, it works for me ;-)
Well done xstitcher .i have lost just a little over 1lb and I know that is due to no cakes or choc .yes OG but sometimes it is the wrong things that go on the fork .i should know better .
Well OG I was told by the dietician today that our weight goes up and down all day long. I was weighing less on her scales than I did at home before I ate and nuddy (at home).
