Not having the best of weeks this week. Had a way past best before date packet of whatever to put on chicken. So I defrosted some chicken from the freezer so it wasn't wasted. Ok, the chicken was 2 legs when the packet specified 4 breasts, but chicken's chicken. But it meant this was going to end up as 2 meals not 4. Prepared it all, slung on the spices oir whatever they were, and baked it all up as instructed with the onion and peppers: but that ended up as 2 days of quite a high calorie evening meal. To make things worse I had a mad moment and bought a large pot of a yogurt brand I don't usually have, without checking the figures; just for a change/treat. Turns out 1/3rd of the pot was even higher in fat/calories than the small pots of yogurt my woman buys (and that's saying something) !!! I still have a third of it left for later today. This is not going to be a good week; not hit goal any day so far.
