I have recently upgraded my account to Platinum but want to upgrade it to Premier. Is there a cooling off period before I can do that?

I'm sure it will tell you somewhere on their website?

I've stayed with Gold, the account monthly charges to upgrade are not worth it for me, for the additional "free" benefits it brings.
