my partner of 6 years has declared himself bankrupt due to credit card debt. the house we live in is in my name as i have had it 21 years. will i be held liable for any of his debt and could i lose my home?

This could happen if - for example - he had contributed to the mortgage payments, or had done work on the house (such as refitting the bathroom) which increased its value. The Official Receiver will probably enquire into this.
