I have a joint owned house with my ex. I want to sell. She is paying the mortgage, but is �1900 over the facilaty(ONE ACCOUNT) . How do I go about a court order to get her to sell, they are applying a second charge very soon, a joint loan. Im been financial strangled by the situation
