gas prices

Hello iam with British Gas, for my Gas.
i was on fix and fall deal, 2006. until 31 december 2008.
Now its come to an end, they now offering me a new deal.
New deal is britsih gas have bought in advance a supply of gas.
They offering me another fixed price for gas for the next 20 months, until august 2010.They can give me this for a small 4% premium to standard tariff.
Can i ask are their any experts in this field who can advise.
