Hi I dont know much about financial stuff. But I invested so Abbey said guaranteed back about �15,000 - it expires in 2010. Am I safe especially Santander who is responsible for Abbey is involved in this fraud thing

Check with Abbey if you are worried but I cannot see how you will have a problem. Your dealings are with Abbey/Santander who are financially pretty strong, not with Mr Madoff.
