molly, iSA interest is credited on 31 March, it goes with the tax year - all the passbook accounts and other Nationwide accounts credit at 31 December. As ISAs are tax-connected, their interest has to follow the tax year. My own NW interest went in on 31 March.
I have a cashbuilder account which recieved interest in December.
But it won't let me see transactions for my smart saver or ISA account. I'm not sure about the interest for the S.S. but i can tell by the amount on 'acount list' that the ISA hasn't had any . . .
Is the SmartSaver in your name? I can see all accounts in my name when I log in on-line to my NW account.
If it's not showing, go to the branch and ask them to help - they can log-in with you in the branch and see what's going wrong.
Molly, are you sure that you have an ISA Account? As you're still at school and not earning enough to pay tax anyway, you may only have ordinary savings accounts, payable tax free, which normally pay on 31st December at Nationwide.
I have those three accounts, I can see a preview of all three of them including the balance. BUT I ca only see transactions for the cashbuilder account, when I click on the other two, no transctions come up and there jsut some jargon from NW.
