" i have some t.v.licence stamps and gas stamps unused from the '90s - are they still redeemable " asks a good friend of mine. any help with an answer ?

Please enclose a covering letter stating who the stamps should be refunded to.

You may want to send the stamps by special delivery as it is like sending cash through the post.

Please allow 28 days to receive a refund cheque for the value of your stamps.//
