This matter does not obviously fit under this category and I cannot think of a proper place for this so here goes. I wanted to speak to Ofcom regarding a complaint over BT's tactics that include breach of contract/promise so they can charge a fee. The funny thing was that Ofcom's answering recording is so badly distorted (more or less just a white noise) that most people would understand no part of it. What a reassurance that business does not have complete freedom to do as they like ! The system works - or does it ?

Email BT's CEO with your complaint - [email protected] and threaten to go to Ofcom. When I contacted him last year I got the refund I wanted twice, plus compensation!
BT also have a " live chat " you can use , no harm trying that
