Thinking of a franchise

I am now in two minds about it.

If and it is a BIG if I go for this I would be inclined to get the lower end package and rather than have a permanent pitch in a shopping centre have it as something to take to events such as car boots ,festivals or local fates etc

What is the consensus on that idea?

chilli, pepper, cheese I think the carboot option might work as it might appeal to parents who don't want little chardonnay or kyle to have too many burgers in one day

Yes I've had some and think it's not too bad. The kids like it.

I wonder how the wwekly/monthly franchise fee would work for just an outdoor event usage?

Also you would have to knew where to get the right equipment and flavours etc from to do it your self.
