Will a frozen company pension from a previous employer, due to be paid at 60 originally, now not pay out until 65 with the raising of govt pension age?
I`m not an expert but company pensions are nothing to do with the state pension. If the terms of the pension were that it will pay out at 60, then that is what it will do.
As 237SJ indicates, company pensions (and the rules associated with them) are totally separate to state pensions. The company pension you refer to should still be paid from the age of 60.
