Hi black-cat We received letters and forms about the Cpp policies in February and we couldn't remember which policy it referred to so my husband decided we couldn't reply to it. Luckily I haven't thrown the correspondence away, and thanks to your post and to your initial link we have filled in the form tonight and will be sending it off in the morning. We just have no clue which policy it might refer to (we've had a few over the last few years)and they seem to know what we can claim for, but reading sunny-dave and old whistonian's posts we decided to go for it. I'll let you know how we get on.
