Hi, I returned a parcel to a Collect+ store on 25th /10/14, tracked it, so know it arrived at 1.09 on 28/10/14.

I now get a reminder email to tell me the parcel hasn't arrived and a refund cannot be given until I send it.

The email is sent from one of those unmanned emails so anyone know how I make contact?

I can't see where it is possible to speak so someone.

you need to contct amazon go to bottom of amazon page select help then follow links to more help eventually it presents an e mail page..message them for advice
you have to go to help > mre help> contact us, then sign in and chose which rder it's about, Then you get the option to call them

Suggest you go on to Amazon's website, click on help (at the top), then Need more help - contact us - complete the online questionnaire - at the bottom are 3 options - E mail, phone or chat. Pick which one you want. Hope this helps.

Thank you all. I got there in the end.

Apparently its a mistake and yes they have return package. Wasn't for a lot of money but worth getting it back.
