Has any one any idea the hourly rate for a person working in the hospitality trade ?

I think it all depends on which firm you work for and what department. i work for portmouth university in catering, the staff there doing general catering duties get about �5.70 an hour .The higher grade you are the more your hourly rate is.hope this is some help to you.
