Telephone Voice Recognition
10 Answers
I was recently asked by my bank if I would agree to them using voice recognition when I phone them. I said ‘Yes’, but then it occurred to me, what if I have a cold or a sore throat? In those circumstances does voice recognition still work, or is a change in the voice likely to create a problem? I have my doubts now.

I think it is supposed to be ok if you've a cold, but I'm unsure how well it works over the phone anyway. Probably better on fixed lines, would be my guess.
