as a UK resident how do i go about opening a bank account in france

I've just found a website which promises to do it for you. The only problem is that they charge US$425 !!

We opened a French Bank Account last year when we purchased a proper

Just go to a bank and ask to open an account. No set up costs but they do make a small annual charge.
