Hey, I’m 15 years old and I’ve been thinking about this for ages. I would like to start my own brand off eyelashes and lip gloss + goodies bags. I talked about it to my parents and my dad said that my idea was trash but my mom said that if I have a deeper organisation she might give me the money. So my question is, if you were a teenager and saw my product on Instagram, Twitter.... would you buy it ?

No, but thanks for asking.
Short answer - No
If I liked both the look of it and was satisfied that it had all the right credentials - dermatological tested, Hypo Allergenic and not tested on animals- I may have a try.
It’s a long time since most of us on here were teenagers. Might be better asking on Instagram - if that’s what people do on there. See how old I am? :)
..and it would depend on the price and quality.
I’m not in that market demographic but would ask several questions that you don’t necessarily need to answer here but think about anyway.

Are you going to manufacture your own brand of lip gloss and eyelashes etc or purchase premade ones?

Are the goodie bags made up of stuff you just buy and put in a ‘bundle’ gift bag?

Who is you target market/demographic? Is your goodie bags aimed at them?

What or who is your competition?

Have you a business plan

Can you buy cheap enough to make money on the overall cost per bag?

Have you the resources to make up ten bags and do a bit of market research, sell them to your school friends etc.

Have you thought how you would cope if it was a sudden winner on Instagram and twitter etc

I think it’s great that you are thinking of starting a business. I wish you the best of luck.

Not personally. But how would anybody know without seeing the product and knowing nothing about it.
Maybe... it would depend on how safe, effective, etc it was.
When I was a teenager we didn’t have the internet. I know! How did we cope? I might have bought something like that from a market stall or Woolworths.
Not enough detail for me to answer
Not the sort of thing I'd buy :-) but I suspect a first purchase relies on getting the price right. Too cheap and folk with think it's poor quality, too expensive and they'll stick to their usual brand. After that repeat customer relies on it having proven good quality at an acceptable price.

As others have indicated above, there's a fair bit of background work needed to turn a dream into a real business plan. What would be your unique selling point ? How will your cash flow work to ensure you don't run out of cash ? Can you make sufficient profit to pay yourself a decent hourly rate ? Etc..
I'm pretty sure there are rules and regulations around cosmetics here in the UK.

You sound like you're from USA maybe check whats permitted in your Country before you even start.
//Not the sort of thing I'd buy//
can't say that i'm surprised og, looking at your avatar ...
Don’t let other people tread on your dreams. Nay sayers abound. Yes doers are of a more rare breed. Keep up the ideas, believing in yourself helps tremendously. That said, research the market, spot an opening, go for it.
Good luck.
Sad that your Dad trashed it. Even if it isn't viable, your entrepreneurship should be treated more sympathetically IMHO. Cassa333's answer is good advice.

I can't answer your specific question as it's 59 years since I was a teenager :-(

Good luck.
