working tax credit
3 Answers
My brother and his wife are having a baby in March. He earns 14,00 and she earns 14,500. When the baby is born she would like to go back to work pasrt time. Their combined earnings would then be approx. 22,000. What could they claim in working family tax credits? I have tried to go on line but the form is quite complicated and I just wondered if anyone had a rough idea. I did have a chart with all the details on but I have lost it. Thanks a lot.

However, they should be entitled to Children's Tax Credit. The form isn't that difficult, honestly! If you don't know the exact details, just estimate (eg birthdates)
