Has anyone had any dealings with this compnay based in London, who act on behalf of Capital One as their debt collectors?

Can they constantly hound me, they telephone once a day at 8am, when I tried to talk to them today, 3 separate advisors hung up on me - please help!!!!

As soon as the Citizen Advice Bureau opens after Christmas, go and talk to them. They can offer excellent advice to individuals who have debt problems or are being chased by creditors. They probably also have experience of debt collectors and will be able to advise you how to deal with them.

It is illegal to harass someone over a debt. Tell them you are recording all their calls with a view to making a complaint against them.
