can anyone help me I need to get in contact with NCO Financial Services, London as they are booking money of my account every month to pay off my credit card bill but I was told ages ago that I would get a letter in the post concerning the payment agreement but nothing has ever been sent to me

Googling gives a phone no. 020 8565 4700 in London SW16. If that is not right, try Directory Enquiries.

If these people are taking money from your bank account each month there must be a direct debit or standing order allowing them to do so. If you can no longer afford it, you can cancel the DD or SO with your bank, but you should contact NCO and try to agree an alternative payment with them.

Hi, i have just cleared a debt with NCO.. the number they gave me to contact them is 0870 903 0978.

They also have an office in Birmingham, i don't have a contact number for them, but if London do not hold your account you could ask to be put through to the Birmingham office.
