morning, Monday the start of the working week, i hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today?

I have a few chores to do but nothing in the calendar.

Today's forecast for the capital is a lowly 15c mostly cloudy, pretty much like yesterday.

Good morning UK, all set and ready for the airport for our 08-20 flight home, I’ve had a wonderful 5 day break in the sun for my 76th Birthday ,

has the weather been good...

The weather has been about 25 each day Emmie , only grey and blustery when we went across to Gibraltar last Friday for the Remembrance Day parade , my son in law hired a car when we got here so we’ve done a lot of sight seeing , Gibraltar is around 150 km from where we are , my favourite spot has to be Mijas Pueblo ,I love that picturesque square but hate, hate,hate seeing those beautiful donkeys pulling whole families around in a carriage

so quite warm then, that's good. I haven't been to Gibraltar though i did go by it on my way to Spain years ago. You got an early flight, have you time to have breakfast....

We’ll probably get something at the airport as Ryanair Spanish aircrew are working to rule and not selling anything onboard the aircraft , same as when we came out x

Not too bad thanks, Emmie. Little one went to a birthday party last night and was a bit over-tired when he went to bed. He was crying when we put him down which is unlike him. He more or less went to bed at his usual time but I think he'd worn himself out at the party. He normally dives into bed. I just hope he's not grumpy and irritable at school today.

Yes, we bought the birthday boy a kids' digital camera and some sweet treats.
