Should I Apply For A Job In The Hope That It Might Be Hybrid?

I've seen a typing job I like the sound of, but nowhere does it say it could be hybrid/work from home. Should I not bother applying in that case or, if I were to be shortlisted, could I ask at the interview if there could be a possibility of it becoming hybrid?

Why not just enquire in advance whether they would support hybrid working?
