For example, did you jointly own a home and if so, was it transferred to you as part of the divorce settlement? If this was the case, it is possible that the Official Receiver could look at the settlement and - if he/she considered your ex-husband's share of the property had been given up for less than its full worth - attempt to undo the transaction. This is much less likely if the divorce was several years ago - I think they can generally go back 5 years.
Its very unlikely, but if you still have any debts in joint names then, following his bankruptcy, the creditors will be able to come after you for the full amount of the debts.
