For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I've not had dealings with them, but they are one of only two (I think) companies that will set up debt management plans without charging a fee for doing so.
So its much better to use them (or the other one - CCCS) rather than going to a fee charging company.
If your friend rings them I'm sure they will send some info. Or look at their website.
i entered into a debt management plan with Payplan a few months ago - they were really helpful and everyone I spoke to was friendly and sounded as though they really wanted to help
if anyone is experiencing debt problems, don't bury your head in the sand (like I did!!) just give them a call - you'll feel so relieved afterwards, honestly.
Payplan gave me tremendous help with my debt problems. I was almost �30,00 in debt. I trusted them with �21,000 and they negotiated with all my creditors and achieved a satisfactory result saving me thousands. They also returnwed an unused balance. I endorse all the comments on this page.
Go for it - they can and will help.
