Is there a site where if you put your particulars and the % at that time in, your mortgage payments can be shown on a scale ?

Otherwise if you want to work out interest only payments just multiply the loan amount by the % then divide by 12. Therefore, �100,000 mortgage @ 5% would be �100,000 x 5% / 12 =.
