Very. Look at the (established) competition and the referrals they must get from Tourist Information, hotels, attractions, airlines, tour companies, websites, etc. How do you propose to compete?

Um, an alternative tour really. The Elephant man, Jack the ripper, place where they based Eastenders on, that kind of more backroad tourism. It's just setting the whole thing up could be costly and I'm not sure how much money I could make but I'd really like to do it. Many of my ideas are great but too difficult to do. Rob
