If you address a letter Dear Eash (for example) how would you sign off? Yours faithfully or yours sincerely?

If it's Dear Sir, then Yours faithfully. If it's Dear Mr Eash, then Yours sincerely. If it's Dear Eash, and Eash is a first name because you know him personally, you could sign off Best wishes or Kind regards if you wanted, but Yours sincerely would still be fine.
