Is cashback (quidco) taxable

Just wondering if cashback (quidco) is taxable. I'm self employed and therefore if I am going to be taxed on these amounts (up to �120 cashback for car insurance), I would rather set up the account so that any cashback payments are paid in to my husband's account (who does not have to fill in the dreaded self assessment each year!
