Can you have multiple IRA? Such as two traditional IRA's, TWO ROTH IRA's OR A ROTH AND A TRADITIONAL IRA?

Check with an accountant. I am in US too, my guess would be no to multiple IRA accts. Maybe a mix of the 2 kinds is allowed.
An IRA is an Individual Retirement Account. It is a voluntary retirement system that an individual can set up to have in addition to any pension provided by the employer. I can't remember the difference between the two types.
We also have 401k plans and TDA(Tax deferred Annuity) which are similar in idea,but have different tax outcomes.
