Whats the best way to pay off 4000 quickly and start saving for a deposit? theres 3000 on a 0% credit card and the rest is just generally owed to 2 family members.
Work full time so dont really have any other time to go out to work and the job pays ok but just dont feel like I'm getting anywhere with it. I've paid off 1500 since August but its just seems to be taking forever. I dont really go out drinking or anything so its not even like I can cut back on that...any suggestions?

Don't look at it like that.
Say that
a. You've paid off 1500
b. You've not got into debt - if you were 4000 in debt you must have been spending more than you earned before.
c. You are getting into good habits for the future.
To live within your means you need patience, to wait for what you want rather than think you MUST have it now.
Don't worry too much about getting on the property ladder in a big hurry, some people think house prices are too high and may slacken.
Watch out over Christmas that you don't slip back, maybe you could have a no pressies pact with good friends, or give things like 'I promise x hours babysitting' vouchers. Some people would be happy to have a home-made gift.
