I have been overcharged a small amount (�38 for a 3 month upgrade for sky sports. I have written to the subscription dept. and have had two replies saying they can't deal with my query. It is no long about the money, but the unbelievably rude way I have been treated. Please can someone advise me on who can assist me? I want more information before I write, once again.

Hi welshpammy. I was overcharged by Sky the month before last for a movie package that was on a special offer. I simply phoned them up and told them of their mistake and they credited my next bill with the overpayment taken off.

Maybe you should do that and then write a letter of complaint about how rude you found their customer services.
