What is the best way to locate, ambitious, self-motivated people who want to become entrepreneurs

maybe organise with some schools around the area, and run some enterprise days or something? i had one when i was in year 11, 2 years ago, and that inspired me to move onto becoming an entrepeneur, currently getting info on whether worthwhile or not atm,

make a website that advertises your intentions and do some low cost PPC marketing, using keywords such as 'investment', 'entrepreneurs', etc.

I am guessing that you are wishing to invest in people, 'Dragons Den' style, but maybe in a smaller scale. Great idea and good luck with it.

To be honest though I am working with a team of people who specialise in developing and expanding existing internet based business. I prefer to focus on those who have the ambition to want to run their own business online with minimum financial input.
