Good luck with that, we are still waiting for an answer to a letter of complaint that we sent to Natwest at the beginning of October!

I recieved some rather shoddy service in my branch of Natwest so I wrote to the branch manager.

But he just palmed me off onto the customer service department who telephoned me with a pathetic excuse.

I found the whole thing quite arrogant of them!
