Final Notice of legal proceedings

PLS PLS Help. In 1995 i bought a portable tele from dixons for 9 pound a month it was �169.. I am sure this was paid off. anyway now i have had letters from activ kapital so i did as someone suggested and sent a statut e barred letter via recorded delivery.
Today i have recieved a letter not acknowledging my letter but saying its a final demand of proposed legal proceedings i have 7 days before a county court claim.

I have checked my credit files with eq fax and experian and ther is nothing on them reff this debt..
What can i do now???

Ignore them, it is just empty theats intending to scare you into paying up. They know they cant take you to court. Look on the link provided by HawkWalk and download an harrassment form.
