ON TV, Martin Lesko says you can get free government money to pay your credit cards. Is it true. Tell me details, please

for the sort of grants Martin Lesko is talking about. Personally, though, I don't see the US Govt or any other Govt lobbing out money as readily as ML and these websites suggest.
Somehow I can't see Uncle Sam paying any credit card bills. I think they collate all the information that is public anyway about what money you can claim in particular circumstances. Eg they will tell someone starting a business what aid they can get or perhaps what benefits someone who is disabled can claim
