The US dollar

Can anyone say what will be the faith of the US dollar-short ,medium and long term.If the answer is too long please refer me to some site/material where I can read up on same.

looking pretty bleak. The us economy is one that is sitting on piles of debit, due to the trade deficit and the numerous citizens that rely on credit cards and the their debt, mind you in the latter respect the UK is not much better.
