Non refundable - they are brokers but can't guarantee to provide a service.

thanks very much Ethel, because i was thinking about it but i was wondering why should i have give money to get money.
Hi Madampum. I don;t know whether you are finding it difficult to get credit, but i suggest that if companies are unwilling to lend money to you or give you a credit card then that is a pretty good sign that you shouldn't be looking to take on debt /more debt. May be harsh but it's true in the vast majority of cases.
Or get one of those new pre-pay cards if you actually need a card.
