I have recently opened a restaurant and my mother seems to remember faintly how to make a christmas cracker out of a napkin. Can anyone please remind her and put us out of our misery? We have been trying to figure it out for weeks!!!

I can't believe I have just spent 10 minutes engrossed in napkin folding techniques on google.

No cracker - lots of others, but no cracker that I could see.
